Next Day Delivery

If you need your order urgently, please select Express/Priority Despatch at the checkout and we will prioritise and despatch the order within 24 hours* for you. There is a charge of £5.95 for our Express Despatch service.

Subject* to courier demand, your order will arrive within 24–48 hours by DPD, UPS or FedEx Courier provided you ordered before 1pm the day before. Priority Despatch orders placed after 1pm will leave our warehouse the following working day*. Please note, if you place your order between 1pm Friday - Sunday, it will be despatched on the following Monday*.

European Union and the EEA Delivery Information

All retail orders are sent by tracked delivery.

All EU orders up to 2Kg will be charged postage of €15.00 per order, apart from the countries set out below which will be charged the specific costs as follows:

• Bulgaria: €23.50

• Croatia: €23.50

• Cyprus: €40.00

• Malta: €40.00

• Portugal: €23.50

• Slovak Republic: €23.50

All EU orders over 2Kg will be charged at €25.05 and will be sent by tracked delivery.

Overseas Deliveries Outside of the EU

Overseas deliveries outside of the EU will be sent with UPS/FedEx or Royal Mail International Tracked, with the following costs:

Overseas Retail Deliveries with Royal Mail Tracked

• For orders up to 2Kg: £36

• For orders up to 4Kg: £45

• For orders up to 7Kg: £75

• For orders up to 10Kg: £110

International orders may be subject to additional charges covering local taxation on delivery.

Overseas

• For orders over 11Kg please contact us as we will need to calculate the postage cost depending on the weight of your parcel to cover our costs. Contact us at info@sheabutter.co.uk .

• We do not accept responsibility for non-delivery of orders when delivered to addresses outside of the European Community.
