30-Day Guarantee

In the unlikely event that we supply goods that are faulty or you are unhappy with any product purchased directly from us, we will provide a refund or exchange upon return of the product. This does not affect your statutory rights.

* We extend our returns window every year over the Christmas period. Any purchases made from 1st November to 30th December can be returned, for a refund or exchange until 31st January the following year.

Conditions of Return

• Goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase*.

• We are only able to refund carriage charged on faulty goods.

• These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

• Refunds are made using the same method used for payment OR bank transfer.

• Goods must be at least 90% full, unless spillage.

• Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed once your return has been received.
