Due to variation in handling charges, freight hikes, and tariff charges, we may need you to email orders above 100kg to us at info@sheabutter..co.uk. This will enable us to check if we can get you the best & lowest freight (Ocean & Air) charges to get your bulk order to your warehouse/doorstep.

United Kingdom Bulk

25Kg order charges: £7.95 for 20Kg to 25Kg per box. Apply multiple box rates to get total estimate.

Next Day 24–48 hours courier box rates with DPD, UPS, & FedEx.

EC Zone Bulk

25Kg order charges: €35 per 20Kg to 25Kg per box.

Local taxes may apply. 5–7 working day courier box rates with DPD, UPS, & FedEx.

Euro Zone 2 Bulk

25Kg order charges: €45 per 20Kg to 25Kg per box.

Local taxes may apply. 5–7 working day courier box rates with DPD, UPS, & FedEx.

Countries included: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Slovak Republic.

USA & Arabia & Asia Bulk

Due to tariff changes and Customs handling charge variations, we may, on specific orders, request transparent extra delivery surcharges prior to dispatching your orders to your postcode address.

Client Pick Up Bulk

We also work with clients who have their own local destined courier's arrangement within the UK to get orders to Poland, Morocco and other destinations. We can arrange for your destination courier to pick up your order from our warehouse.

European Union and the EEA Delivery Information

All orders are sent by tracked delivery.

All orders under €50 will be charged postage of €11.55 per order, apart from the countries set out below, which will be charged the specific costs as follows:

• Bulgaria: €23.50

• Croatia: €23.50

• Cyprus: €40.00

• Malta: €40.00

• Portugal: €23.50

• Slovak Republic: €23.50

All EU orders over €50 will be charged at €7.95, apart from the countries set out below where free delivery will be applied at the following thresholds:

• Denmark: kr 375.00

• Norway: kr 600.00

• Sweden: kr 550.00

Overseas Deliveries Outside of the EU

Overseas deliveries outside of the EU will be sent with UPS/FedEx or Royal Mail International Tracked, with the following costs.

Overseas Retail Deliveries with Royal Mail Tracked

• For orders under £40

• For orders £40–£99: £35

• For orders £100–£250: £50

• For orders £250+: £75

International orders may be subject to additional charges covering local taxation on delivery.

Overseas

• For orders over £200, please contact us as we will need to calculate the postage cost depending on the weight of your parcel to cover our costs.

• We do not accept responsibility for non-delivery of orders when delivered to addresses outside of the European Community.
